Building isn't just Tim Pasch's livelihood; it's his passion. Tim began his career as a real-estate agent, winning top honors as Rookie of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year and Referral Agent of the Year at Eisenhart Real Estate. In 1990, after only 18 months in realty, he founded his first company, Pasch Construction. In the succeeding years, he has formed Pasch Realty, Inc. (1992); Always Electric (1993) to do the electrical work for Pasch Construction; TeePee Investments (1994) to purchase and manage rental and other investment properties; Guinness & Company (1995) to handle the plumbing and heating work for Pasch Construction; and Bentzel Construction (1999) to do site work, road improvements and utility installation.
Tim meets and works personally with every customer. He believes that developing this one-on-one relationship with his clients, from assisting in selecting just the right lot to performing the final walk-through, is the key to building the home of their dreams. Although his staff is well qualified to handle most details during construction, he still prefers the hands-on approach in order to achieve the best possible product.
Tim's creative abilities and attention to detail are well known in the York area, as evidenced by being voted "Best Builder in York County" in a recent York Newspaper readers poll. He has won numerous accolades, from Best Design and Best Interiors during the York Building Industry Association's Parade of Homes to being recognized as a finalist in the 1998 Central Pennsylvania Entrepreneur of the Year Awards Program.
Although new home construction has been the main focus at Pasch, Tim is always seeking ways to expand the scope of his business. Relying on both his instincts and the first-hand knowledge he has acquired regarding the York market, he has successfully ventured into the residential and commercial development arena. Recent projects have included the Carnegie Professional Campus - home for several area businesses, and the new residential community of Seneca Ridge, featuring duplexes, townhomes and single-family homes. From land acquisition, through site work and property improvements, to final construction of home and offices, Tim has overseen every aspect of the development process.
In addition to building homes, Tim has found time to give back to the community. As a new member broker office, ERA Pasch Realty co-hosted its first MDA fundraising event in 1995 and raised $35,000, earning the firm the designation of 1995 MDA Rookie of the Year. As a very active member of St. Joseph's Church, he has offered assistance in various ways, including providing the church's elementary school with a new intercom system. His help on an Eagle Scout project at the Food Pantry is another example of the unique ways Tim has found to say thank you to the community that has supported him and helped him grow.
